Having trouble uploading your photos when creating product listings? 

Try this:

  1. Open the photos you want to use in your device’s photo app.
  2. Take a screenshot of each photo: On most phones, you can do this by pressing a combination of buttons, like the power and volume down buttons, or by using a screen capture tool.
  3. Crop the screenshots: Trim off any excess visual information that was captured in the screenshot. This can help improve image quality and reduce file size.
  4. Try uploading these cropped screenshots in your product listing.

Return Policy

When buying with Honour Roll U, all sales are considered to be final. Buyers can, however, submit a Return Request in the most extreme instances. Upon Canada Post’s delivery of a given order, a Buyer has 72 hours to submit a Return Request with Honour Roll U. This action must be submitted through Your Orders page, which is located within your Dashboard. Return Requests submitted outside of this 72 hour window (ie from the time of delivery), will not be approved.

The following reasons will not support the approval of a Buyer’s Return Request and please note, the following reasons do not constitute an exhaustive list: no longer needed, found the item cheaper elsewhere, accidental purchase, loss of interest in the item, different edition than intended (unless it was misrepresented in the product listing), delayed or damaged during shipping (i.e. due to Canada Post).

Again, we want to stress that submitting a Return Request is only appropriate in the most extreme instances. Extreme instances may include, but are not limited to the following: significant discrepancies between the product listing and the received item (i.e. the wrong edition, materially different condition, etc.) or demonstrable fraud or misrepresentation by the Seller.
